Hello everyone !
Bonjour !

As a French I'm used to eat sandwiches. In fact I ate some almost everyday when I was working in France. So for me, even if you can find every kind of sandwich garnishes there is one thing that never change. The garnish is between two slices of bread. But if you came to Japan you may have eaten an Onigiri. It is kind of the Japanese version of a sandwich except that instead of bread the garnish is inside a rice ball recovered by seaweed. The sushi sandwich I introduce you to today isn't an Onigiri but looks like a rolled sushi. In fact it looks even more like a sandwich as you can see on the picture (and that's why it is calle Sushi sando in Japanese). I had the chance to taste the both kinds that are available here at Michi no Eki Aso. One with Tuna fish and the other with crab. It is really delicious! The rice is sweet such as the eggs, and I really like tuna and crab. So this is the perfect snack for me.
